It might be a Caveman Egg Cup and Spoon Set, however sorry to say they are normal sized, the size that fits a chicken egg, not a dinosaur or ostrich sized egg.
Despite the size they are uniquely novel and look great. The spoon and cup might not be a modern cutting edge invention they are basic tools that have remained the same over time, probably quite similar to what our Neanderthal cousins were using.
